	Leaders in Training (LIT) (Ages: 12-14) Under the supervision of a senior camp staff trainer, campers develop and practice leadership skills, communication skills and camps skills in group settings. Weeks: 3-12 Prices: Fee: $135 YMCA Member: $120 Week 4 Fee: $108 YMCA Member: $96	Counselors in Training (CIT) (Ages: 15-17) CITs develop the skills to become effective leaders and potential summer camp staff. After two weeks of training and observation, qualified CITs are assigned to work with one of our senior camp counselors. This is a two week program.
